Stability AI will face off against Getty Images in a copyright infringement case in 2024

In the US, there are nine separate class-action lawsuits against AI firms, including OpenAI, Meta and Google parent company Alphabet. One of those, Getty Images vs Stability AI, is also being tried in the High Court in London.
