Watch: नकली कस्टमर केयर बनकर यूं लोगों को ठग रहे स्कैमर्स, सरकार ने बताए पहचान के तरीके

<p style="text-align: justify;">साइबर ठगी के बढ़ते मामलों के बीच सरकार लगातार लोगों को जागरुक कर रही है. इसी कड़ी में अब कॉलर ट्यून पर भी ऐसे संदेश चलाए जा रहे हैं, जिसमें लोगों को साइबर ठगी से बचने के तरीके बताए जा रहे हैं. अब दूरसंचार विभाग ने भी लोगों से फर्जी कस्टमर केयर एग्जीक्यूटिव्स से सावधान रहने की अपील करते हुए उनकी पहचान के तरीके बताए हैं. इसके लिए विभाग ने एक वीडियो भी जारी किया है.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>इन बातों का रखें ध्यान</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">विभाग की तरफ से जारी वीडियो में नकली कस्टमर केयर एग्जीक्यूटिव की पहचान के कई तरीके बताए गए हैं. विभाग की तरफ से जारी वीडियो में कहा गया है कि असली कस्टमर केयर एग्जीक्यूटिव कभी भी OTP, बैंक खाते की डिटेल या कोई संवेदनशील जानकारी नहीं मांगते और न ही वो कोई APK फाइल्स भेजते हैं. अगर कोई कस्टमर केयर एग्जीक्यूटिव के नाम पर ऐसी जानकारी या फाइल्स भेज रहा है तो सतर्क रहने की जरूरत है.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">दरअसल, पिछले कुछ समय से स्कैमर्स फर्जी कस्टमर केयर अधिकारी बनकर लोगों को चूना लगा रहे हैं. ऐसे कई मामले सामने आए हैं, जब ऐसे स्कैम में लोगों को अपनी मेहनत की कमाई खोनी पड़ी है. इसलिए हमेशा कंपनी के आधिकारिक कस्टमर केयर से ही संपर्क करें. गूगल पर दिए गए नंबरों पर आंखें बंदकर भरोसा न करें और उन्हें संबंधित कंपनी की वेबसाइट से कन्फर्म कर लें. साथ ही बात करते समय अपनी निजी जानकारी उन्हें न दें और न ही किसी संदिग्ध या अनजान व्यक्ति से आए लिंक पर क्लिक करें.</p>
