Apple made history, exported iPhones worth Rs 10,000 crore from India in a month

iPhone Exports from India: It is confirmed that smartphone exports from India are set to increase soon after Apple’s entry into the country.

The Apple iPhone has taken Prime Minister Narendra Modi government’s ‘Make in India’ dream to new heights.

20,000 crore smartphone exports from the country in the first two months of the financial year 2023-24 are encouraging.

This is almost double the exports of Rs 9,066 crore in the first two months of the previous financial year 2022-23.

According to reports, India exported Apple iPhones worth Rs 10,000 crore in May, a record high.

Apple’s iPhone accounts for 80% of all smartphones exported from India. In April-May, India exported smartphones worth over Rs 20,000 crore.
