In this series, a new app has been launched for the convenience of passengers from Bangalore’s Kempegowda International Airport (BLR Airport). Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL), which manages BLR Airport, has developed this app called ‘BLR Pulse’ in collaboration with Greymatter Software Services. With BLR Pulse, passengers will get a new experience at the airport and this app will act as a personal digital travel friend for them.
What will be special about the app?
According to BILL, the app provides information on all travel-related queries, such as long queues for security checks, waiting times, etc. It guides passengers inside the airport and assists in departure and arrival by providing essential information in real time. According to the official information, the app will have a conversational chatbot feature that will easily answer various queries and this feature will improve over time.

Speaking about the app, Hari Marar, Managing Director and CEO, BIAL said, “Traveling to BLR Airport has become much easier with BLR Pulse app. According to a PTI-Bhasha report, it helps passengers in departure and arrival by guiding them inside the airport and providing essential information in real time. Its purpose is to help passengers plan their journey before arriving at the airport.
