About 8,000 Facebook users reported the outage on the Meta platform. At the same time, about 4,000 users of WhatsApp reported. Of these, 12 percent reported problems with sending voice notes, 24 percent with apps, and 64 percent with sending media files. About 9,000 Instagram users reported problems with 17 percent of uploads, 36 percent of posts, and 47 percent of apps.
