via google account

By doing this all your contacts will be saved in Google account. Now login to Google account in the new phone. By doing this, all the contacts will come in the new phone.
via VCF file
Transferring contacts through VCF is a time consuming process. For this, you have to come to the contact app on your phone and click on the three dot option shown above. In many devices, the option of Fix & Manage will appear at the bottom. By clicking on it, select the option of Export Contact and choose Destination. If you want, you can save it in your memory card or send it to Gmail. Now open the Contacts app in the new phone and go to Fix&Manage and click on the import option. Here select the file from the destination. If you had shared the contact file in Gmail, then download it. After the import is complete, all the contacts will come in the new phone.
