Maruti Suzuki Invicto Booking : Maruti Suzuki India has opened bookings for its upcoming premium utility vehicle Invicto Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) informed the stock market that bookings for the car, which will be launched on July 5, can be made for Rs 25,000. This booking can be done from the company’s premium retail outlet ‘Nexa Showroom’ or online.
With Invicto, the company will enter the premium three-row segment. MSI is trying to enter the above 20 lakh vehicle segment, while it is dominating the up to 20 lakh category. As reported by PTI-Bhasha, MSI Senior Executive Officer (Marketing and Sales) Shashank Srivastava said that the three-row SUV/MPV segment market stood at 2.58 lakh units last financial year. In this, 1.2-1.25 lakh units of cars worth more than 20 lakhs have been sold.
As part of the global collaboration between Toyota and Suzuki, MSI will get a powerful hybrid model from Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM). TKM is already selling the Innova Hicross in the domestic market and it will be supplied to MSI with some changes in design and other components.
