LinkedIn Report: LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional network, has released its new report on professionals looking for new jobs. The report says analytics, design and JavaScript are the top skills for entry-level jobs. LinkedIn revealed this information while analyzing the career paths of professionals on its platform. It also mentions the top employing industries in the country.
New job skills
Areas like design, analytics and JavaScript have now emerged as new employable skills for professionals with various educational qualifications and young graduates looking to enter the job market. This assessment has been highlighted in a report. Releasing this report on skills needed for different sectors and jobs, LinkedIn, a platform for working professionals, said that the leading recruiting industries in India now include financial services, administrative and support services and information and media.
Jobs in hybrid models have increased by up to 60%
This conclusion was drawn by analyzing data and information recorded on this platform from 2021 to 2023. It has analyzed the career paths of millions of professionals. According to LinkedIn, companies are cutting back on office roles and hiring hybrid models for young career starters has grown 60 percent this year.
Which fields are in high demand?
Various types of jobs without educational background are seeing very rapid growth. There are plenty of opportunities for graduates in product management, human resources, military and security services, and consulting services. Young graduates are also getting jobs like planning coordinators and technical recruiters.
How is today’s job market?
