New Delhi: Ahead of the launch of its much-anticipated Phone (2), consumer tech brand Nothing on Thursday announced a new black variant of its Hi-Res Audio certified and noise-cancelling earbuds, Ear (2) in India.
The Ear (2) Black will be available for Rs 9,999 and will go on sale from July 21 through Flipkart and select retail stores, the company said in a statement. Customers who pre-order the Phone (2) will get early access to the Ear (2) in black from July 11 to July 20.
The device comes with new audio updates to the Nothing X app, including an advanced equalizer for the ear (2) and ear (stick), along with a noise reduction feature for the ear only (stick).

The earphones (2) deliver an authentic sound experience, boasting Hi-Res Audio certification and LHDC 5.0 technology.
The earbuds feature an 11.6mm custom driver for deep, powerful bass and a new dual chamber design for crystal-clear highs that improve overall sound quality with smooth airflow.
Ear (2) also features dual connectivity for easy device switching, personal sound profiles for next-level personalization, advanced wind-proof and crowd-proof Clear Voice technology, and personalized active noise cancellation that adapts to the unique shape of the user’s ear canal. .
The newly developed equalizer gives users more freedom to control how they want their music to sound through an intuitive and simple graphical interface. It allows a deep level of customization with real-time preview of changes, full Q factor and a parametric 8-band equalizer with frequency control.
Available through the Nothing X app, this new feature will allow users to share their EQ profiles or download others via QR code.
Nothing has introduced a noise reduction (Stick) for the ears to enable users to reduce ambient noise and enjoy music at a deeper level.
