New Delhi: A Twitter user shared an interesting experience interviewing a candidate for an intern position, where he said the Gen Z candidate asked for a stipend of Rs 50,000 and five hours of work to balance work life.

Samira Khan, Director of People Success at Infeedo, recently tweeted about her experience interviewing a Gen Z youth: “I was interviewing a GenZ intern today and he said he was looking for work-life balance, not working more than 5 hours”. The intern also said that he dislikes MNC culture and would prefer to work in a startup. “Don’t like MNC culture so want to work in a start-up. Also, want a 40-50k stipend.
