Supreme Court: On October 10, the Supreme Court will hear the final hearing on the appeal filed against the decision of the Appellate Tribunal in the Android app case of giant technology company Google. A bench of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, Justice PS Narasimha and Justice Manoj Mishra today said on the appeal filed by Google and the Competition Commission of India (CCI) in this regard that it wanted some time to examine the relevant aspects of the matter. In this regard, senior advocate Harish Salve, appearing for one of the parties, said that the application may be kept for final disposal later. The court then said that both the appeals can be listed for final disposal on October 10 and the respective parties have to present their arguments by October 7.
