According to the report, about five billion people are active on social media. In this, a figure has also come out that in East and Central Africa, only one user in 11 uses social media, while in India one out of three people use social media.

Brazilians spend an average of three hours and 49 minutes on social media every day, while the Japanese spend less than an hour.
The report states, the average social media user is on seven platforms. Along with WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, Meta has three favorite apps. Apart from this, WeChat, TikTok and its local version Douyin are the three most popular apps in China. According to the report, the top social media platforms are catered to by Twitter, Messenger and Telegram. US Precise Advertiser reports that despite the strong popularity of Kids TikTok, nearly 9 out of 10 children in the US under the age of 12 access content on YouTube, while 4 out of 10 access content for TikTok.
