WhatsApp Upcoming Feature: Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg told through Facebook that soon users will get a new feature in WhatsApp, with the help of which they will be able to create groups with friends even without entering names. Means there will be no need of group name. Mark Zuckerberg wrote in a Facebook post that when you want to name a WhatsApp group based on the people joining the chat and you don’t have any other name, then such a feature is coming soon in the app.

At present, to create groups in WhatsApp, it is necessary to name them while photo and group description are optional. Soon users will get liberty to name groups as well and they will be able to create groups without any name. However, in this situation, WhatsApp will automatically name the group based on the names of the people present in the group. If the admin does not like it, he can change it at any time.

Only so many people will be able to add

Only 6 people will be able to be added to the WhatsApp group without name. If a WhatsApp group of more than 6 people is formed, then you have to give a name to the group. In addition, the group name will appear differently on each participant’s phone in an unnamed group. That is, on the basis of the name by which the group member would have saved the contacts of the people, the name of the group will come in everyone’s phone. For example, if someone has saved X and Y and someone has saved P and Z, then the name of the group will be different in both the phones. The group can be XY for the first user and PZ for the second.

As far as availability is concerned, WhatsApp says that it may roll out the feature to its users globally on Android, iOS and web in the next few weeks.
